Pre-travelling Tips

Traveling is different now than before, thanks to the tools of the Internet. Use it in a smart way to anticipate what you'll find along the way:



  • search hotels on the web: it is a quickly way to know about the services offered, ammenities, room equipment, internet o wifi connections, restaurants,  location and general appearance they have. Always check the image gallery and look for complementary opinions of other travellers that you find on sites like Trip Advisor. Generally when hotels or units look good on the web, are better at check-in.

  • looking the city's major attractions and your hotel in Google Earth. This allows you to store in your mental map where you are located. When you leave the door of the hotel, you will be able to have a fairly accurate guidance on where you are and where you're headed. Sure, that if you have GPS on your phone, notebook or Ipad

  • Find out about the political situation of the country to visit. Search local newspapers on line  or watch TV news networks as Euronews.

  • Find out what the weather in the days when you're traveling, how is the exchange rate equivalent when the local currency is not dollars or euros and see which one is the time difference to be able to communicate with family and friends when you're traveling.
